While you might see others take some SPG (low quality SPG might I add) and throw some charcoal in the mix, Baldy takes great care as usual to impart Amazing Flavors into this Killer steak rub!
Starting with a base of Applewood and Hawaiian Black Volcanic Sea Salt, he adds some fresh ground black pepper, garlic, and onion, a touch of turbinado, dark cocoa powder, some earthy isot pepper and chili powder, then kicks it up the umami a notch with black garlic!
This Dawg will definitely hunt!
